Zoom out. Is the market leaning up (higher highs) or leaning down (lower lows)? You only trade with the lean — like paddling with the river, never against it.
On your Zone — wait at your level.
Price doesn't matter everywhere. It matters at a zone — a level where price clearly reacted before. Mark it. Wait there. If price is floating in the middle of nowhere, there is no trade. Patience is the edge.
Signal — wait for the green light.
At your zone, wait for one confirmation: a strong candle closing in your direction, right at your level. No green light, no trade. There's always another bus.
Size & Stop — protect the bag.
Before you click: where is your stop (the exit that says "the idea was wrong"), and how small is your size? Risk about 1% per trade. Small size is how you stay in the game long enough to get good.
All four green — trade.
Any one missing — you wait.
That's the whole method. No secret indicator, no magic. A calm ritual, repeated until it's a habit — first on a practice account with pretend money, then, only when you're ready, with real size kept small.
